Situated on the northern edge of Ipswich, Henley Gate is one of three neighbourhoods that form the Ipswich Garden Suburb (IGS).
Henley Gate will be a great place to live with many local amenities delivered across the site and wider IGS neighbourhoods. Henley Gate will deliver 1,100 new homes, a new primary school, a 30 hectare Country Park, community uses and a Local Centre at the heart of the development.

THE STORY SO FAR
Henley Gate will be the first of the Ipswich Garden Suburb neighbourhoods to launch, delivering much needed high quality new houses. Outline Planning Permission was granted in January 2020 and the first phase of 130 private and affordable homes is due to launch in Autumn 2021. Works on the northern access junction off of Henley Road have now commenced.
