THE STORY SO FAR
Henley Gate was the first of the Ipswich Garden Suburb neighbourhoods to launch, delivering high quality new houses. Outline Planning Permission was granted in January 2020 and the first phase of 130 private and affordable homes started work in October 2021, with residents moving in in 2022.
